Living in Austin for over 35 years I know the city inside and out from North, South, East, West and everything in between. The average Realtor in Austin sells 6 homes a year, I average 40-45 homes a year as well as I have earned a Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE) in the state of Texas. I am the #1 selling Realtor in my company, AustinRealEstate.com and have been recognized as one of the Top 100 Realtors in Austin per the Austin Business Journal.

Professional staging, photography and effective marketing is what is going to sell your home! In marketing your home, I will showcase and emphasize its unique and sellable aspects. I’ll then put your home in front of buyers and establishing it on the local MLS as well as our nation-wide network of professional real estate contacts and buyers who will also have the opportunity to see your home. In addition, I'll use the Internet and my innovative website to make your listing highly visible. With more than 80% of buyers checking the web first when looking for a home, this is a part of your marketing strategy that you can't afford to miss.

1. Choose a Realtor

Selling a home is one of the biggest decisions of your life, so let me help and guide you through this process. I am a seasoned, full-time Realtor licensed by the State of Texas and specialize in making the selling process as easy and stress-free as possible while fun at the same time. My company and I utilize a range of marketing tools that are proven to reach qualified buyers. We are a high end boutique real estate company that focuses on getting your home in front of the correct, qualified buyers.

2. Set an Asking Price

See the “What’s Your Home Worth” at the bottom of this tab or the home page for information about arriving at an accurate asking price. I will provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision, including pricing of comparable properties in your area.

3. Show your Home to its Best Advantage

“Curb appeal” is the first impression buyers get when they drive up to your home. Make sure it is love at first sight by maintaining impeccable cleanliness, inside and out.

4. Focus on Factors within your Control

Factors within your control include your property’s condition, finishes and amenities, and listing price. Having your home in tip top shape for all showings is very important. Factors outside of your control include the location and school district, recent sale prices for comparable properties, and current economic conditions.

5. Set a “Sell-By” Schedule

Have you found a new home you are eager to move into? Are you selling because of a job relocation? Once we have listed your home, there will be an initial rush of activity and showings. The first couple of weeks are your most opportune sale period as it will be a fresh listing on the market.

6. Accept an Offer

When an offer is submitted my expert powers of negotiation will come into play. I will skillfully guide you through the process of responding to the submitted offer in a timely manner. I will immediately present you with all offers, explain all terms and conditions, review all contracts, communicate with the prospective buyer and his or her sales associate promptly, and answer any questions you have for a worry-free transaction.

7. Closing

I will continue to represent your best interests all the way to closing table and after the closing into the future as your full service Realtor.
